Sorry we missed you….

So whenever we are part of a Bridal Event, like at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem, there is always the possibility that our booth may be crowded with so many new couples that we miss talking with others who may not have the time to wait around for us – such was the case with Sue & Jim.  So one of the things I’ve learned over the years is to reach out to all the couples on the venues signup sheet, that we didn’t talk to and do a onetime email, letting them know if they do still need Wedding Photography Services, we’ve made available or information for their review.  Shortly after that mailing Sue and Jim stopped by to see our work and we instantly hit it off.  As a results we provided them with both our photography and video services.The couple got ready at The Historic Hotel Bethlehem, (www.hotelbethlehem.com), where they would hold their Wedding Reception.  The couples floral arrangements were created by Allium Floral Design, (www.alliumfloraldesign.com), and were absolutely stunning.  After some individual images of them both and their respective Wedding Party members, the couple had their “first look” on the grand staircase of the hotel, which is always so exciting and emotional.  After a few more images in the hotel we headed over to Bethlehem Steel’s Steel Stacks, where Sue’s Father worked for many years.  Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperating so we had to settle for a photo through the open doors at The Arts Quest Center with the Stack in the background.  Then it was off to Lehigh University’s Packer Chapel, where Rev. Heck shared a beautiful Wedding message with the couple.  J&J Transportation, (www.jjtransportation.com), provided the couples transportation in their normal 1^st class fashion.The couple’s reception was held in the Hotel’s Grande Ballroom and as always was just amazing, under the directions of Sales Manager Kathy Sanders and the entire staff.  The ballroom was configured in a new floorplan that was very striking.  Entertainment and up lighting was provided by CT Productions.  The couples cake was created by Piece a Cake, (www.pieceacake.com).  In addition to all the Love & Happiness in the room, the couple added a Special someone to the guest list – Lehigh’s Mascot – The Mountain Hawk.  Despite the weather and a little craziness, weeks before the Wedding Day, it turned out beautiful for this lovely couple who are now Dr. & Mrs. Higgins
