Last Saturday we had the honor to photograph the Wedding of Kristen Miller & Troy Boyer. We have known Kristen for many years as we belong to the same Parish Family of St. Thomas More. No couple wants rain on their Wedding Day, no matter how many ethnic traditions say “It's good luck to have rain on your Wedding Day!” As a wedding photographers candidly we would prefer an overcast day to a sunny day anytime; if allows for more even light, less squinting and shadows and allows for more detail to be seen in the Brides gown.
