The Show Must Go On!

Recently, we had to switch the coverage of a Wedding to two of our Staff members at the last minute, as regrettable as that may sound it was unavoidable and before I tell the rest of the story the comment from Jenna our Bride tells it all – “Lance, your staff did an amazing job”. We met Jenna & Matt, now Mr. & Mrs. Steltzer, at The Hanover Grande Ballroom Bridal Event and booked their Wedding almost a year in advance.For the actual day, Shawnna & Kim did the photography and picture story of the day was awesome.The couple prepared in The Hampton Inn & Suites next to the Best Western Hotel, where the Hanover Grande Ballroom is located.As everything was to be done at the venue they opted to do a “First Look”.The officiant for their Ceremony was Rev. Connie Foreback, of At Your Location Custom Ceremonies & Invitations, (www.facebook.com/revconnieforeback) who’s Wedding we actually photographed a number of years ago.Rev. Connie can always be found on our “Recommended Professional” listing.The Ceremony was conducted at the BW’s beautiful gazebo.Flowers for the day were provided by Rich Mar Florist, (www.richmarflorist.com) who always provide a stunning display and this Wedding was no exception.Every Wedding has special moments, but one of the sweetest we have seen in years was that the Bride’s Grandmother acted as her Flower Girl.What a special site to see her being wheeled down the aisle tossing flower petals. Of course The Hanover Grande Ballroom, (www.hanovergrandeballroom.com), at the direction of Gina Martin, provided a great venue experience.Entertainment for the evening was provided my Adam Skuba, owner of Skuba Entertainment, (www.skubaentertainment.com), who never fails to keep the night moving and the dance floor filled with dancers, as photos from the Wedding can attest to.The couples cake and topper were provided by Piece A Cake, (www.pieceacake.com) who’s cakes always look as great as they taste.BTW they have just expanded their shop to a great new Coffee and pastry location in downtown Macungie – check it out.Despite the fact that Linda and I could not be at this event, we knew Jenna & Matt were in good hands and the show did go on without a hitch! Linda, I and our staff wish this lovely couple al the Love & Happiness in the world.
