Love on the Lake

Last weekend we traveled to Woodloch Resort, Hawley, PA, www.woodloch.com/celebrate/weddings) for the Wedding of Jessica & Chris, where we provided both photography and video services. This was the 2^nd Wedding we photographed this month that came to us via The Knot from couples who live in New York and were unable to meet with us in advance, but based their decisions on our offerings and our past reviews.Jessica and her Wedding Party were stunning and just so nice to work with.Chris and the groomsmen were just as awesome to work with, except for their little ring bearer, Joseph, who wanted no part of the tux, photos nor the wedding in general – just funny! We did their 1^st look on the edge of the Resorts golf course, then proceeded to the Mill House for some images of the two of them before heading over to the Inn and lake for their lakeside ceremony. Mr. Weatherman had been promising rain all day, but was nice enough to wait until just after the ceremony. The ceremony was beautiful with a nice homely by Rev. Robert Taylor. Floral décor was done by Cathy’s Flower Cottage, (www.cathysflowercottage.com), and were just perfect for the bridal party and really set off the ceremony and reception sites in the most stunning way.The staff at Woodloch, under the direct of Amanda Griffenkrantz, were first class.The room, the food and service lacked for nothing.Entertainment was provided by DJ Luis, (woodlochdjluis@aol.com), who was easy to work with and a perfect fit for this Wedding Reception, keeping the floor filled and hoppin’ all night long. It was an absolutely beautiful Wedding, of a beautiful couple in a beautiful site!Linda and I want to wish both of them a lifetime of Love & Happiness and just as an added benefit, Linda’s NYC accent came back for a couple of days!!
